Phase 1

ONLINE · 6 WEEKS

REIKI LEVEL 1 FOUNDATION

Before you learn to hold space for others, you build the foundation within yourself.

Your energy. Your awareness. Your sensitivity to what’s happening in the body.

This six-week online Reiki Level 1 certification introduces you to energy work, nervous system awareness, and the practice of working with both yourself and others.

Because the way you feel, regulate, and hold… becomes the space others step into.

Most breathwork trainings skip this part.

Phase 2

IN-PERSON · 3 NIGHTS / 4 DAYS

COSMIC BREATHWORK FACILITATOR TRAINING

This is the heart of it. You'll deepen your own breathwork practice, learn the structure of facilitating journeys for others, and develop the trauma-informed presence and energetic leadership that makes the difference between someone who knows the technique and someone people actually feel safe with and held by.

Phase 3

POST-IMMERSION · SUPPORTED INTEGRATION

INTEGRATION & CERTIFICATION

After the immersion, you don't just get sent home with a certificate. You enter a supported integration period inside the community and lead a virtual breathwork experience before receiving your certification. You leave ready — not just qualified.
